Ahead of the first in 12 years local elections in Mostar scheduled to take place on Sunday 20 December, the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities has conducted a remote observation mission following the invitation of the country’s authorities. The six-member observer delegation included three ILDG members:  Mr Stewart Dickson (United Kingdom, ILDG), Ms Randi Mondorf (Denmark, ILDG) and Ms Rosaleen O'Grady (Ireland, ILDG).
